Florida homes are typically influenced by Spanish house designers. Florida house plans are commonly identified by their tile roof, arches, pastel stucco siding and contemporary lines that are all so typical of the Florida home architecture.
Florida homes sport the red tile roofs and sand-colored stucco siding so well-known by Mediterranean and Spanish architects, however instead of choosing the vivid reds, azure blues and terra-cottas so characteristic of Spanish and Mediterranean architecture, Florida house plans adorn with soft pastel colors.
