Architectural Design's Plan HI0163T: Dramatic Spanish Stucco

This dramatic Spanish two-story home is designed for privacy and modern comfort.

Four arches hide the entryway with arched doorways throughout echoing the Hispanic flavor.

Other repetitions of the Spanish theme include an indoor circular fountain at the bottom of the gracefully curved stairwell; traditional ceramic tile floors in the family room, foyer and entry porch; and glazed and open arches surrounding the upstairs balcony that overlook the family room below.

Topping this off is the open air roof garden, accessible from the bedrooms. More outdoor living is provided with two porches, one off the two-story family room, the other off the large living room which also has a fireplace. Upstairs, the master suite includes a four-fixture bath and a walk-in closet, while another full bath serves the remaining bedrooms.
